Redemption City Church is transforming its 11-acre property in Round Rock, Texas, into a vibrant, multi-use campus that serves both churchgoers and the broader community. The church's mission extends beyond traditional worship, aiming to create a welcoming environment that blends faith, education, and community engagement. This project is important because it seeks to establish a “church that’s not a church”—a campus designed to attract and serve the community throughout the week, whether or not they are involved in church activities. By integrating community services, outdoor meeting spaces, and trails within a park-like setting, Redemption City Church envisions a space that encourages connection, growth, and year-round use by the surrounding area.
The first phase of development focuses on an Early Childhood Education Center, a 15,000 SF facility that will serve roughly 200 children and double as a sanctuary for church services on Sundays. This phase also includes necessary site and parking infrastructure to support both the education center and the church’s needs.
