Transformational Campuses

What is a homeless transformational campus?

A homeless transformation campus is a “one-stop shop” for support and services for people experiencing homelessness. Far beyond just providing a safe place to sleep, a transformational campus brings multi-sector providers together to deliver comprehensive services in an efficient and easily accessible manner. Beyond the usual service providers, a transformational campus also engages local and state government, businesses, healthcare systems, law enforcement, and criminal justice system to create a seamless system of care. Utilizing evidence-based practices to drive services, transformational campuses are demonstrating their efficacy around helping people heal their trauma and re-engaging in community without returns to homelessness.
